Terrace of the Leper King, which is an old terrace in the Siem Reap province, that's the wonder territory of kingdom Cambodia. This terrace was built in the last 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. The statue was called the "Leper King" because discoloration and moss growing on it was reminiscent of a person with leprosy, and also because it fit in with a Cambodian legend of an Angkorian king Yasovarman I who had leprosy. Terrace of the Leper King has a foundation 25 meters long and 6 meters high, even though the terrace of leper king was small but on the wall of this terrace has a lot of luxurious carvings, and there is a Statue of the leper king on the terrace, that was very attractive to the tourism. Terrace of the Leper King is located is next to the Terrace of the Elephants, approximately 11 kilometers from the heart of Siem Reap city. For tourists who want to visit this terrace, you can also visit in the early morning to get some beautiful pictures.
